Aннотация: Известно, что нестабильные атеросклеротические бляшки (НАБ), которые не могут быть выявлены обычными методами исследования, являются основной причиной развития острого коронарного синдрома (ОКС). Кроме того, накоплены данные, свидетельствующие о том, что наличие НАБ может повысить риск развития осложнений после стентирования коронарных артерий. В настоящее время для клинического применения доступна катетерная система спектроскопии в ближне-инфракрасной области, которая позволяет выявлять НАБ во время инвазивной коронарографии. Этот метод основан на способности спектроскопии определять химический состав исследуемой субстанции. Катетерная система спектроскопии была протестирована в патологоанатомических исследованиях и клинических испытаниях. К настоящему моменту она использована более чем у 300 пациентов и позволила получить дополнительную информацию, полезную в оценке состояния больных с ИБС. Проводятся многочисленные исследования для оценки клинического значения спектроскопии в отношении: 1) повышения безопасности стентирования, 2) профилактике повторных сердечно-сосудистых событий у пациентов с выявленной ИБС, 3) первичной профилактике сердечно-сосудистых осложнений.
